Tower of 60 vanilla sponge cupcakes, filled with vanilla buttercream and topped with sugarpaste decorations. Not difficult, but SO time-consuming!! Tower topped with a 6" vanilla sponge cake, filled with jam and buttercream and covered with marzipan and sugarpaste and a hand-modelled pirate on top.
