I make this special friend something each year on her birthday. This year, our families are going to lunch after church so I made these instead of a cake --easier to manage. These are my variation of Texas_Rose's originals. I asked her a long time ago if I could use her idea to which she graciously replied, "Sure!" I have just been waiting to find the perfect time, and this seems to be it! Italian Cream with it's traditional cream cheese frosting. Instead of covering the entire cuppie with a fondant cap, I made disks instead.
