I made these as party favors for the gueat at my daughter's 4th birthday party. They were very interesting to make. I first made rice crispy treats then used my cookies cutter and cut them out. Then here is the tricky part. I thought I could ice them with RI boy was I wrong after I iced them they would not dry and were getting craters in them. I am still very new to the whole cookie decorating world having only done them a few time and never taking any formal training. I quickly learned they would most likly never dry. Too much buttter in the rice crispies is what a friend who decorates cakes told me. Oh well, you live and you learn. When all seemed lost my amazing husband suggested sprinkles and thats how the glassy appearance got on the galss slippers.
