Jennifer and Aeran asked me for a crazy cake for 200 p. with gold, purple and lilac accents and not too formal. I came up with this one. Although it was 'someting completely different' for me, I didn't really enjoy making it. It is just the kind of cake that I would not have wanted for my wedding (a LONG time ago...). I guess we all make cakes that is not our taste, from time to time!
