Let me start out by saying I am so not happy with how this cake turned out. Although they said it was great and the taste was fabulous I was NOT happy! Anything and everything that could go wrong did. Starting with my mixer going out as I was finishing mixing the first layer. So anyway vanilla cake with buttercream icing covered with fondant.
