I made 260 of these cupcakes for a charity dinner auction. It took absolutely forever, but went to a great cause. I used royal blue glassine cupcake liners and topped each cupcake with a fluff of white buttercream and a royal blue fondant ribbon (which signifies colon cancer awareness).
