I saw a greeting card with some cute owls, and this is kinda what they looked like. I used a 3" round cutter, and the point of a heart cutter to cut out the ears. I gently placed the ears into place, then baked as usual. The eyes are yellow M&M's. The cookies are chocolate roll-outs (yummm!) with mint icing.
