I think Petit Fours have something against me. These are all White Almond, 1/2 filled with almond BC and the other 1/2 in raspberry jam. They are covered in dark and white chocolate ganache. I dont want to ggive up completely, but I dont thikn I will be trying again any times soon. Kudos to you girls that can get yours so smooth!
