Seashell Wedding Cake
This is the seashell wedding cake I did for my girlfriend's son. The bottom two tiers are White Almond Sour Cream with Raspberry Buttercream, and the top is Chocolate with Raspberry filling. The seashells are made of gumpaste the coral is made with White candy melts and the sand is ground pecan sandies.
I love this cake! It's so pretty and beachy, the pink looks like it's wind blown and so natural for a beach cake! You did a great job!
