I brought this cake to the restaraunt where my daughter was having a birthday dinner with all of her friends. The waitress took the cake to the back so that it wasn't in the way. Well, she placed it next to a hot oven and the entire side of it melted and drooped. The fondant letters sank into the mushy icing. Instead of telling me about it right away, the manager tries to fix it himself! He took a spatula and crammed the icing into the side of the cake. Luckily, I snapped this photo before.
