This was a wedding cake provided for an outdoor reception. The bottom tier was white chocolate cake with raspberry mousse filling. The other three tiers were dark chocolate cake with peanut butter creme filling. The roses and calla lilies were comprised of gumpaste and pastillage to prevent wilting in a potentially humid setting.
