This cake will feed close to 800 people, and took us about 5 hours to make. We made a reindeer barn, snowy mountain with a snowboarder, a big snowman, an elevated ice skating rink, and santa's "gingerbread" house complete with a 1 sleigh garage underneath. Children always have to come see our North Pole Winter Wonderland, and they seem to especially love the penguins that are sledding down the front sides of the cake.
