I made this cake at the request of a co-worker of mine for his daughter. I am so happy I have co-workers that are letting me experiment with my new found hobby! It's a 1/2 sheet with chocolate cake and vanilla cake layers. Bottom crust coated with dark chocolate. Filled with Chocolate cream cheese and strawberries. Buttercream. And a fondant covered cake cross.
