Thanks!! I got the idea from the Mailbox News magazine - the Nov/Dec issue. I used wilton tip 366 for the petals and leaves and tip 2 for the green and yellow dots. It was actually easy. Then I wedged styrofoam in the bucket and used bamboo skewers to hold the cupcakes.
