This was my first Halloween Cake. I made it for a friends daughters' 7th birthday. The mesmorizing look in her daughters eyes when I started the witches brew brewing (dry ice.) Was so pleasing, it made me love what I do all over again. This was a chocolate devils food cake with a strawberry filling, chocolate buttercream, and covered in rolled fondant. The witch on the top is cake also. I did use a doll for the more lifelike hair and an ice cream cone for the hat.
