Halloween Cake of Happy Ghosts
Rolled fondant covered cake with a gum paste topper. The cookie cutter has been pressed into the fondant and the orange ghost removed. Then, a white gum paste ghost has been put in its place. A tool was used to give the puffed embroidery effect of the ghosts around the sides of the cake which is my own developed technique. Leaves and white gum paste ghosts make up the bottom border.
