Trumpet In Case
This is a groom cake for that I delivered to a mansion in uptown New Orleans. I was able to do this cake thanks to the class I recently took with Sharon Zambito. She taught the technique to do a package cake with a box top and I used that to do the sides and lid of this cake. I could not have done it without her.

Turned out great! I remembered you talking about this cake in class! I was the one in front of you!!! Turned out great and how neat you were able to use what we learned in class!! I have to do a trumpet next summer for a grooms cake...I will keep this for reference. Glad to have found you on here!!
