The third of three cakes made this past Saturday. Cross cakes are hard to get smooth! Cake is what I call "White Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake"--white cake mix with white chocolate pudding added and cherry pie filling & cheesecake pie filling in the midddle. Buttercream icing.
