Basket Weave Cake
This was my Wilton Course 2 final cake. It was the first time I tried doing the basket weave technique. My hand & wrist were killing me by the time I got all the way around! I had a lot of fun learning how to make all of the different flowers using royal icing.
You did a great job. Should have seen mine. Accidentally had the heated seat on, on the way home :cry:
that's why you try to remember to take the camera with you on finals night - so you can get a picture BEFORE transporting it home ruins it!
