okay...this didn't come out nearly as good as I wanted... It is german chocolate cake, with german chocolate filling, and chocolate buttercream on top. It would have worked better being fondant than buttercream, but I dont know how to work with fondant yet. It was for a co-worker of my husbands, she wanted to make a steak cake for her hubby for valentines day...she loved it and apparently he loved it, but I wasn't happy with it...
