Made for a 40th surprise birthday for a guy who LOVES "The Boss". Client called and requested a copy of a guitar from a Bruce Springsteen Signature Series Hard Rock T-shirt. I replaced his signature with the recipients. The sheet music and picks (Adel and Pearl- the names of his guitars) are gumpaste. Board, cake and guitar are covered in fondant. Was a chocolate chip yellow butter cake, filled with with whipped milk chocolate ganache, chocolate ganache and IMBC. Thanks for looking.
