My first time with IMBC. I wasn't sure if I had done it right because it had the consistency of mayo. But it tasted wonderful!! and it smoothed great ( I still need lot's of work smoothing) I used ShirleyW's recipe. This is also the first time making gumpaste flowers ( I made the easiest ones from the book first. The cake is a regular white cake that tastes like an almond cookie. The tree is chocolate buttercream. Thanks for looking!
