I got the idea for this from CC. I don't remember the name, but my customer loved the design. The cake is Tres Leches, or three milk, covered and trimmed with stabilized whipped cream icing. The holly leaves, berries and poinsettias were fondant.
Nice design. With Tres Leches being such a wet cake, how on earth did you get it turned out of the pan and stable? I'd love to know the secret, as it is one of my favorite cakes.
