Grandparents First Wedding Cake At 60Th Anniversary Party!
My grandparents celebrated thier 60th wedding anniversary on the 12th of November 2007. Thier 5 children threw an open house for them the Saturday after Thanksgiving and I made them thier first wedding cake. When they were married both my grandma and grandpa's families were so poor they weren't able to have a wedding cake. I was blessed to be able to make the exact cake she would have chosen for her wedding 60 years earlier.
