6-8-10" rounds. The bride found a pic of this cake at Walmart and asked me to make it. It took a TON of buttercream frosting... dyed coral to match her bridesmaids. Top layer was white with pineapple filling, middle layer white with chocolate ganache filling, bottom layer carrot cake with cream cheese/pecan filling. Yum!
