Again I used a 3-d Wilton pan, it has been my best investment. I made the hat using fondant rolled around a icecream cone , and attached to a cardboard base, also covered in fondant . The dress is fondant , the arms are plastic dowels.. The broom was made out of desperation. The bear looked funny to me, every witch needs a broom . I used used 2 mini angel food cakes, and a red vine for the broom stick. The cake is frosted with chocolate buttercream.
