My father in law and my husband have a tree trimming business and I was asked to make this cake for my father in law's 65th b-day. The cake is chocolate with strawberry mousse and bc icing. The big tree is a chocolate painted twig and the log and stump are swiss rolls covered in chocolate with melted butterscoth chips for the ends. The chain saw and power pull saw are made out of mmf. The wood chips in the wheel barrel are coconut shavings. The men and wheel barrel are from toys r us.
