Picnic Cake
This cake is from the Wilton Celebrate with Fondant book. It was my first time to make fondant sculptures. I had a lot of trouble with stickiness, probably due to it being late August and hot as flugums. I would do some things differently the next time around, but overall, I was happy. It got my a blue ribbon at the county fair.
I think it's very cute! It's amazing how you can do all the little details! Very nice...I can see why it won the blue ribbon!
