I tried an older recipe for the cake, scratch, froze the cake (best advice ever), the cake was easy to cut, but the icing was awful. Someone said they did like a crumb coat on top before cutting the squares, I'll try that next time. I did enjoy putting simple decorations with chocolate, on them. Another batch will be forthcoming.
