I made this from a picture of a napkin that a lady brought to me for a baby shower. It pretty much looks like the napkin.I thought it turned out well. The booties are fondant and I hand painted them with wilton color mixed with water. The rattle is a cupcake and the handle is a wooden dowel cover with fondant.

Just adorable! I have a (dumb) question, though. Did you actually "lace" them with the ribbon, or is it just laid on to look like they're laced up?
