Home Made Cupcake Stand
my attempt at a home made cupcake stand, i may have an up coming order for a display using my funky stripes and roses cake with cupcakes to match.. so instead of spending heaps of money buying one i thought i would try and make one... total cost $20.00 aus dollars... sorry if it looks uneven in the pic, it is level...lol
That looks great! Please post how you did it!
Great Idea! Do post the directions. ':o'
thanks guys, all it basically takes to make, is different size round cake boards and some glass or stronge plastic cups.. i just hot glued the cups onto the boards then used the silver string beads and glued them around... its really quick and simply and only took me 1/2 hour to make....kylie
You clever thing! I may just get to use my hot glue gun after all LOL!
This is great! I made some cheapo plastic ones (in my pics) but this is great, and much bigger. I might have to give it a try, Thanks for sharing!
Are those cardboard cake boards? They look like clear glass, just the same shade as the glasses! I want one!
sherrycakes.. no the boards are not cardboard, they are some type of plyboard (i think)..
This is perfect thank you for posting. :princess:
I saw something like this on a craft show once...they used wine glasses tho and "glamorous" plates.....I went out and bought an entire set (cheap) but have been too chicken to try....this might be the boost I need....seeing someone really has done it. cool stuff!
I love this idea. Where did you find your boards?
