This would qualify as my biggest disaster. I made this wedding cake for my husbands newphew's wedding. I had nothing but hugh problems with the biggest/bottom tier. It settled, The fondant had a stress fracture in it. Then the worse of all things happened. It fell smack into the back set of my car, smashing one side. This is the end result after a 2 hour repair job at the reception hall. All the cakes where different flavors, From white to choc, to lemon.
