I have a wedding cake coming up in Dec. where the bride wants the bottom of each layer covered in randomly placed silver dragees (am I spelling that right? You know, those little edible hard balls).
Can I attach these to a buttercream frosted cake? How?
Thanks for your help.

I apply things like that when the BC is still tacky..I use a tweezer to place them.

I don't use alot of dragees anymore and prefer to roll fondant pearls and dust them whatever color I need to use.

I use tweezers too but I put a dab of piping gel on the back of each one first. Probably not necessary, but that is how I do it!
