i'm making my first wedding cake 14-12-6 & groom 12-6. this should be enough for 125....right ? i am doing a 3 tier stacked version. which method do you suggest, plast sep plates with plas colums or cardboard and wooden dowels?

IMHO I think for a wedding cake I would use the plates and pillars for the big cake and cardboard and dowels for the grooms cake. If you don't have a fountain to go underneath, just use a bouquet of flowers. Good Luck and don't forget to post your cake!
