HELP! I need to make red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting. I need two things....
One, I don't know where to find a WHITE cupcake liner that won't bleed the red cake through, they MUST be white
Two, I don't make red velvet and cream cheese frosting normally and have no decent recipes, anyone want to point me in the right direction??
These are due JUNE 15th so I don't have tons of time.
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!
Kate
Have you considered using cupcake wrappers? Basically you bake the cupcakes in a cupcake liner and then wrap the entire cupcake (liner and all) with a wrapper. This way you get the color you want without worrying about any bleed through. You can easily find this kind of item on etsy or a party website. You may even be able to find them in a local craft store. Here are some links (I am in no way affiliated with any of these sites, just some things I found when I did a google search)...

I have had some luck using 2 or 3 liners per cupcake. I just put 2 liners instead of one in the sections of the pan. For a wedding, I think I would even use 3 liners. The white ones from Hobby Lobby seem to work the best if you are looking for some that do not have to be ordered. Good luck!
Look for white foil cupcake liners on line
Used them for my daughter's bridal shower
Just don't remember where I bought them
they looked great
