I'm making my first chocolate drip cake and I wondered what recipes u guys use, I've found a couple one being 50/50 ganache and another is chocolate and butter, thing is I want it kinder shiny but it also needs to set firm, has anyone got a great recipe they'd like to share!! TIA

I have used many things, 50/50 ganache (you can add in some corn syrup for extra shine), the Wilton Candy Melt glaze, a homemade chocolate sauce I made and wanted to use it up. Gananche/glaze I find the easiest though.
