Hi everyone!

I need some suggestions here! I have used marshmallow fondant without any problem during january and february, but I need to make a cake with fondant in may and the climate here is humid and hot during those months. Maybe around 80 - 90.

Have anyone used MMF in those conditions without problems? What about the frosting under the fondant?

I've used indydebi's buttercream under fondarifc  for an outside birthday party when the temp. was at least 90.  I don't trust marshmallow fondant.  Although, there is a recipe that incorporates homemade marshmallow fondant with wilton's fondant, which I think would be a bit "sturdier."

I swear by Charlotte's Whipped Cream Buttercream.  (Google it)   I don't like MMF, and use commercial fondants.
