I am interested in pursuing cake baking and decorating as a business. However, my skills are not where they need to be yet. What would be the recommended path for someone like me. Thank you!

Practice, practice and more practice!! They have so many free tutorials on buttercream flowers, wedding cakes, cake decorating, fondant, cake borders, etc. on you tube. Watch them then practice at home. You can make frosting and practice on wax paper or on the side of a cake pan or on real cakes!! The more you practice the better you will get. I am only a hobby baker so hopefully someone here will be able to steer you in the right direction!! Good luck, I know you can do it!!
