Hi...I'm new to this site..i have a question
..I was wondering if you could put fondant decorations over an Italian meringue BC iced cake or if they would slide around because of the soft consistency of the icing? Thanks
They'll be fine, I do it. I refrigerate the cakes after decorating, though. Keeps everything in place!
And the fondant pieces can't be really thick and heavy.
