So I was asked to make chocolate biscuit cake for a christening but the cake needs to be a 10 inch round cake with a depth of about 8 inches. I can't get a cake pan with a depth bigger than 4 inches. So I was wondering if I was to make 2 chocolate biscuit cakes and layer them on top of each other with ganache in between them (like you would layer a sponge cake) and then ganache the outside and cover with fondant And decorate. Would this work of would the cake fall over? Please can anyone help me
