Chocolate...vanleer Or Foley's

Hi fellow baker friends.

My question is 

Which chocolate should i use to make chocolate in molds.

Van leer or Foley's

I have been using Guittards till now, but is hard to find where i live.

Look forward to hearing your opinions.
