My son is trying to lose weight and he’s saying that dark chocolate can be used for it. I never heard such thing before. He had already bought dark chocolate from Holy Taste, an online organic health food store. I was wondering how much he should consume to gain the benefits of dark chocolate without affecting the health. Is it really works? Please share your experience.
Dark chocolate is known to have antioxidant properties which are supposed to help weight loss, but they are undone by the fat and sugar in candy bars. If he wants the benefits without the bad stuff he can get them from unsweetened cocoa powder. A better source of fat free antioxidants comes from drinking green tea.
