I have made my recipe hundreds of times and for some reason this time now green frosting has white spots. There are now 48 green frosted cupcakes with small white dots. Is there any way to fix this without completely starting over (scraping off the frosting)?? They are due tomorrow at 10am. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!!!
you could glaze the tops -- and the speckles are probably salt specks or if the icing crusted over at some point and you remixed it all back together --
