Does anyone have suggestions to find a template for the car listed above?  I have to do one this weekend and an outline with top sides and rear do not exist.  Any suggestions?  It's such a specialized car.  What could I use as an alternate?  Has anyone already done this car and would be willing to share any ideas??

You can probably work from photographs for the top and back, but at least the front and side view above will give you the correct dimensions.
