I have a new assignment which I have a few weeks to prepare.
I have been asked to make cinnamon rolls. I am in the process of trying different recipes and I wanted to come to you all for suggestions on any recipes you might like.

both of these recipes make tasty cinnamon rolls...recommend watching the videos for extra tips that don't always make it into the written recipe.
Here is a different, and yummy, glaze that is a bit different from the usual white glaze.
- 1 cup packed dark-brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons water
- In a small saucepan, heat brown sugar, butter, and water over medium, stirring, until simmering; cook 1 minute. Drizzle glaze over buns; let stand 10 minutes before serving.
