I have been approached by a customer to make her this cake.. I just cant get to grips with suspending the minions!! Can someone please point me in the right direction please??

My guess is they are on a fondant covered dowel rod and then stuck into the top of the cake.  Shouldn't be too challenging as long as you are good at modeling fondant/gumpaste to make the characters in the first place.
