Hello fellow bakers. I have a wedding cake for tomorrow that needs to be delivered a little over an hour away. It is going to be iced in SMBC and I am wondering if I should put the iced cakes in the fridge overnight and travel with a cold cake or if I should travel with the cakes at room temperature? This is my first time doing a wedding cake in SMBC so I am very nervous about the transportation. Thanks!

Travelling is always better with a cold cake!

Always deliver them cold and boxed and you'll greatly reduce the number of "incidents" you'll have.
