Can anyone recommend a good or decent dessert cookbook for amateurs like me? It can vary from recipes > decorating > or even advanced baking/deco techniques if you guys are feeling generous! I've been wanting to get my hands on some cookbooks dedicated to desserts but can't decide which are worth the price or time.

Sorry am no help with books. But I stumbled across the cake boss page yesterday and was amazed how many dessert recipes there are. Okay...They involve baking...but hey...who can say no to a yummy piece of cake?

Have a look: http://www.cakebossbaking.com/recipes/?s=Dessert%20recipes

And i love Mary Berry since I watched "Great british bake off". She's a bit more old school classic...
