I want to make multiple 4in christmas cakes, fruit cakes and was wondering if any onr has a recipe that is easy to multply ti make mote than one cake at a time

I use my normal 8" round fruitcake recipe and I divide in among four 4" round tins. I insulate them well with lots of layers of baking paper and they bake in about half the time of my 8" cake.
