Can you tell me if you created this carousel topper or if it was purchased?  More specifically, I am interested in the roof.  I am working on a diaper cake and I would love to do this roof.  Can you share the details?  Much appreciated.

They look like plastic to me.  Try googling "carousel cake topper" and/or "carousel cake separators".

Roof may just be made on top of a separator plate, with paper and a doily.  Looks like a wrapping paper cone made by cutting a wedge from a  circle and then taping it.

Thanks for your response.  I have been googling carousel cake toppers since yesterday and haven't found anything like this.  I have seen templates too make carousels but they are not as simple as this topper.  I am looking for something simple or instructions if I have to create it.  I want to use them for toppers on diaper cakes.  Continuing the hunt.
